From the DNR:

The proposed "Adopted and Filed" concrete standards are now posted in the
DNR's web site at www.IowaDNR.com

Select the link to the "Animal Feeding Operations" (second button on the
left hand side). Under "New Animal Feeding Operations Bill Related
Information", look for the "New Concrete Standards Proposed". There are two
new documents posted on 12/03/03: the "Responsiveness Summary of Public
Comments" and the "Adopted and Filed proposed final rule".

The "Adopted and Filed" is on the Environmental Protection Commission (EPC)
Agenda for their December 15, 2003 upcoming meeting. Meeting location, time
and Agenda will be available on or after December 8, 2003 at the DNR's web
site under "Commissions and Boards", select the link to "Environmental
Protection".

After the EPC approves the "Adopted and Filed" rules, they will be published
in the Iowa Administrative Bulletin (IAB) in January 2004 and must be
finally approved by the "Administrative Rules Review Committee (ARRC)".

If anyone has any questions or need a hard copy of the final rules, please
