I requested a list of grocery stores who have applied for alternate redemption sites.  Fareway stores in the following cities have been denied approval and should be accepting cans and bottles.  

Cedar Falls (214 N. Magnolia)
Des Moines (3000 SE 22nd)
Humboldt
New Hampton
Newton
Sioux Center
Waterloo

If you (or someone you know) attempt to redeem cans and bottles at one of these stores and are denied, please forward to me the name of the store, the location (town and address), the date refused and the name and contact information for person denied redemption.
