Here are the most recent articles concerning the Missouri River.  Today we heard the Fort Calhoun nuclear power plant is in the process of restarting, the first time since the flood of 2011.  A few days earlier there was this article on using barges to ship fracking water.  While it focused on the Eastern States, it obviously refers to unnamed rivers.
