Nothing is ever for sure till the last vote is counted, but....

I am hearing as of today, that the Republican Senatorial Campaign Committee,
and the Republican Congrressional Campaign Committee, have both stopped
pourting money into the Ganske and the Thompson races (Harkin and Boswell.)
In addition, my own conversations around the state tell me it is basically a
Democratic year.

It is interesting to note, though, that as of Monday of this week all
possible air time on TV stations in Iowa had been bought up by campaigns,
and no more was to be had. So we still get to see all their Śmudą.

Lyle
