Yes, Pam does deserve credit for arranging to meet with and persuading Jim
Leach to be one of the original co-signers of this letter.  She and Jim
Baker of Iowa City Area Group met with Rep. Leach in February to gain his
support on this issue.  Thanks to both Pam and Jim!
