NATIVE PLANT SALES

Des Moines Farmer's Market: May 16: (7 AM - Noon)

Gray's Lake: May 15 (2 - 6 PM), May 16 (2 - 4 PM)

Over 60 species of perennial native plants !

Selected to be suitable for small-scale landscaping
Plants for sites ranging from raingardens to very dry non-irrigated areas

"plugs" $1.25, bare-root plants $2.50 - $3.50

Coordinated by Iowa Native Lands, Des Moines Park & Rec,
& Polk Soil & Water Conservation District

This is the 4th year we have held this event at the Farmers Market.  The 
plants are small plugs but people have had good luck with them.  If you'd
