What's makes  this bad plan even worse is that the refinery would process 
oil piped in from  the tar sands region of Canada.--Tom

There was an  article in the July 4 Des Moines Register about the Hyperion 
Refinery,  proposed for southeast South Dakota, and its potential impact on 
Iowa and  Iowans.  Thanks to Jim Redmond for his work on  this!
