Action's effort to help turn out the environmental/healthy

CLEAN WATER ACTIONJob Announcement

Campaign Coordinator

Clean Water Action, an environmental organization with 750,000 members 
nationwide, seeks a talented, energetic person to direct Fall 2002 campaign 
activities in Iowa. Clean Water’s Iowa Campaign Coordinator will oversee 
effort to mobilize voters concerned with water quality, community health, 
resource conservation, sustainable agriculture and related issues on behalf 
of candidates for the U.S. Senate and House.The Campaign Coordinator should 
have at least two years experience in political or issue campaigns. Strong 
candidates will possess considerable community organizing, coalition 
building, writing, media skills, and/or staff supervision skills. Familiarity 
with environmental and/or agricultural issues preferred. The position will 
begin as soon as a qualified candidate is selected and no later than mid- 
September.  Compensation based on experience and responsibility. To be
