Thanks Wally. I'll make every effort to be there. Phyllis

EPA Region 7 Administrator Karl Brooks will be in Des Moines on February
4 to discuss Iowa DNR's failure to enforce the Clean Water Act against
concentrated animal feeding operations. He will also discuss EPA's
concerns about the Nutrient Reduction Strategy that has been drafted by
DNR and the Iowa Department of Agriculture.

The public meeting will be February 4 at 7:00 p.m. at the State
Historical Building one block west of the State Capitol. Please come to
learn about these important issues. Let Mr. Brooks know that Iowans care
about clean water. And please tell your friends and neighbors to come.

Wally Taylor
