Jennifer,
Pro-environment yes, of course. Using this listserve as a forum for
advocating for a specific candidate is what I question. There are many
other venues, and the club has been fairly scrupulous about keeping its
distance from this kind of stuff in the past.
While I would love to get into a debate about the various merits of
your and my preferences, considering that there are now 10 major and
several minor ( heard of Fern Penna, anyone?) Democratic candidates in
the running, this listserve would soon become useless if we each
started weighing in.
For the sake of all the readers of this list, let's take it elsewhere.
