I'll try not to take up any more room on this topic, Jack, but I agree with
you about that comment. It certainly wasn't worthy of the rest of the article.
Just in passing, I wish more commentators, in and out of the mass media,
understood that the terms "vegetarian," "animal welfare activist," and "animal
rights activist" have different meanings, though they certainly overlap in some
individuals and organizations.
