Attend the EPC meeting on Monday, Dec. 19.  Two significant issues will be 
discussed.  The EPC will be asked to vote on the Clean Air Mercury Rule to 
include trading and banking of mercury.  The commission will also be 
addressing a rule that allows the DNR to say no to factory farms.
