A strong letter. Is it an open letter--has it been released to the  media?
 
It is said that for every great fortune there is a great  crime. In that 
light consider Mr. DeCoster (surely  a hero  to the once and future Gov. Terry 
Branstad), who flaunts his  wealth while he flouts the law.
