In regards to the Eddyville postcards, when can Groups expect to have the
postcards in their hands?
Unfortunately, we (ICAG) just had the Johnson County Prairie Preview, a
evening program and exhibits were environmentaly friendly organizations
gather to inform the public about what their group is doing. It would have
been great to have the postcards then.
We are currently arranging a conservation plan for the Earth Week period.
We can also pass out the postcards to other environmental organizations in
our area, so that they can help distribute our message during Earthweek, if
this is permissible. So the sooner we can get hold of the postcards the
better.
This is the current Iowa City Area Group's Earth Week plans:
Sunday, April 18 - Earth Week Service Outing - a local prairie restoration
project.
Thursday, April 22 - Celebrate Earth Day! TBA
Sunday, April 25 - Earth Week Wildflower Hike at nearby Ryerson Woods.
We are looking forward to receiving our allotment of the postcards.
