Iowa People,

I will be coming up your direction tomorrow evening (Wednesday) to be one of
the presenters at the NRDC/Clean Water Network rollout of their big report
on CAFO problems across the country.  This event will be held Thursday
morning
at 10 am in the State Capitol Building - rm 116.   Linda Applegate of IEC is
acting as the coordinator.  All of the presenters are meeting at 8:30 am in
the lobby of the Best Western on 3rd St. (where we are staying).

On Friday, everyone who intends to present a statement at the USDA/USEPA AFO
Strategy "listening session" is invited to attend a planning session at the
Best Western at 11:00 am.  We have told that we need to arrive to sign up
to speak NO LATER THAN 1 pm!!  So if you can't attend the planning gathering
make sure to show up at the hearing location by 1 pm
