Hello, Everyone. From the many--and unanimous--"yes" responses, it is
inescapably clear that Charles Cruz somehow obtained the names and
addresses on the Iowa-Topics list-serve and then used that information to
"electioneer" for Morris, Lamm, and Pimentel. This is a direct violation
of Club electoral rules.
Moreover, a separate, forthcoming communication from the president of the
Sierra Club Foundation will demonstrate that the Lamm, Morris, and
Pimentel claims are irresponsible allegations, unsupported by facts.
Now the question for us is, do we wish to file a complaint against Cruz,
et al., with the elections referees?
