Yet again, this afternoon, in Senate Judiciary Committee, there will be an
attempt by Sen. Kibbie/Fraise et al to bring a bill out of committee,
probably the matrix bill, in order to keep it alive beyond this Funnel in
the Senate. No bill came from Senate Agriculture Committee this morning, so
this is our last shot in the Senate.

So.......Sens. Hancock and Schoenjahn, both in NE Iowa, needs calls before
3:00 this afternoon, shoring up their support for some movement on the CAFO
issue this year. Ask them to join their fellow Democrats on the Senate
Judiciary Committee in putting out such a bill.

This is URGENT!
