A friend would like to find a conservation buyer for her prairie remnant,  
which is located near Nevada.  The land comprises about 49 acres.   Most of it 
is prairie pasture and creek, but a few acres are currently  rowcropped, and 
could become a prairie reconstruction or a building  site.   If you are
