Wondering how to participate in the bottle bill debate?

I have asked our webmaster to create a link on the Chapter website to the
Iowa Recycling Association website (www.iowarecycles.org/). On the bottle
bill page at that site are press releases and frequently asked questions
(FAQs) that might be useful in debating the grocery stores. It might even be
a good idea to print out the FAQs sheet and bring it to your local grocery
store.

Letters and calls to your state representatives are good, too, so when the
legislative session starts, they know that people want to keep the bottle
bill (and expand it!).

I'll do my best to keep you updated on this debate. And please let me know
what's being said about the bottle bill in your community.
