Public Meeting in Ames

Margaret Jaynes, Environmental Specialist with the Story County Department
of Health, has received grants to study groundwater in Story County for the
past two years. She will tell us about her work establishing a baseline
from which to measure changes in our water quality and in educating
citizens about safe well construction and maintenance.

The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Ames
Public Library on Douglas Avenue between 5th and 6th Street in downtown Ames.
