Of course I'm not implying that we (sierra Club activists) aren't doing
all we can.  Why would you even think that?  Phyllis,
 
Surely you don't mean imply that we all aren't doing this work already? 
Of course we are.
 
However, this will not change the fact that we have had a Dem governor
and Dem majorities in both Iowa houses for years, and the state
legislature has done virtually nothing to move the environmental issues. 
My comments have been about this dilemma, and what will we do in the
long-run to address this situation.
