I thought you would be interested in Ed Woolsey's perspective of the
deregulation bill.

Website -- www.legis.state.ia.us
Go to legislation and look at the bill history for House File 2530.  You
can listen to debate from the web site as well.  Some expect debate to
begin today, and some expect it on Wednesday.
