Sierrans, Colleagues & Friends:
Senator Grassley is holding a call-in show tonight, Thursday, July 17. If
you or other Iowa advocates could submit a couple of questions before the
broadcast (instructions appear below), that would be very helpful. Please
spread the word!
A question concerning his support for renewable energy or energy
conservation would be good. The Energy Bill comes up in the Senate later
this month.
Details on calling in appear below. Good luck!

WASHINGTON - Sen. Chuck Grassley today announced that his monthly call-in
show will air on Thursday, July 17, from 7:00-7:30 p.m. (Central Time).
"Ask Your Senator" will be broadcast live from Washington, DC, and can be
seen on local cable TV stations in Iowa. The show also is streamlined over
the Internet so that Iowans without cable access can view the program
through Grassley's website.
"The show is a great opportunity for me to talk with Iowans and share
information about the activities of Congress," said Grassley. "I encourage
people who are interested in government and how it affects their lives to
watch the show and call with their questions."
Grassley said that it's important to hear from constituents to answer any
questions or address any concerns they may have.
