As you know the Legislature is down to its last negotiations for this year,
and having a very difficult time.

Monday the House did complete work on S.F. 390, the Small Producer Energy
Tax Credit, concurring with the Senate. So that one is ready for the
Governor.

The Watershed Initiative is an amendment to S.F. 200, see below. That bill
is awaiting final House Action.

The House and Senate have completed action on the Ag/Nat Res Appropriations
bill, H.F. 808, as well as the Infrastructure/Environmental First
Appropriations bill, H.F. 875.
