That is a tough one, Bill.  I hate intramural fights like this when we have
so many battles to fight and win on real environmental issues.  But perhaps
such a complaint would wake up and inform some of the passive members who
might otherwise be inclined not to vote.
    Incidentally, I really appreciate your willingness to include this
expatriot Iowan on this disussion.
