One if the significant and major question to ask is...'How are you going to
be able to get capacity in the power distribution (grid) system?¹
My understanding is there is not sufficient grid capacity in the area,
or connecting to significant markets for sale of the power.
Obviously there is a mercury, perhaps other heavy metals, question to be
asked.
Just a couple of ideas
