But alack and alas, the Kingster will run in a newly drawn district which
will, I suspect, include a big chunk of Boswell's present bailiwick.  The
rest of the 3rd will get lumped with much of Latham's 4th.  IA House
Republicans won't approve any redistricting plan that puts Latham and King
in the same district.  You can bet money on that.
