Pam and I went to Dave Loebsack's town meeting a couple of weeks ago. I asked 
him to co-sponser the Clean Water Restoration Act. He said he was considering 
it, but was still examining all sides of the issue. This was not exactly the 
response I was hoping for. Anyone in Loebsack's district should contact him 
and ask him to co-sponser the bill.
