HF 380 appeared in Bills Of Interest, 2001 Session Pt , dated 3/5/2001. Did
that list also come thru for everyone?
Sierra Club typically does not support risk-based methodologies, because
they allow for higher pollution levels than health-based methodologies. We
will discuss this bill in more detail and share our thoughts in a few days.
