This looks like an excellent book; I hope to read it. I met Steve at a forum in the State Historical Building during World Food Prize week in October 2013.

My employer, Grand View University, is almost a subsidiary of DuPont/Pioneer. The food court in our newly remodeled student center is named for that company, and our wellness center is named for a former CEO of the same company.
