To clarify, FYI, this bill was amended in the House last week and sent back
to the Senate where it currently awaits Senate Concurrence (or not) in the
House Amendment to the Senate File. It will be awhile befoe it goes to the
Governor, and we are working on the Senate to clarify the House Amendment
and send it back there. As this memo say, that may not happen and would then
go to the Governor, probably at the end of the session.
