Just a heads up.  The Grocery Association is holding a news conference today
to bash the bottle bill.  We are assuming it is at the Statehouse.  They are
not going to let up this session as they feel this is the year to repeal the
popular and successful bottle bill.  They will be rolling out false claims
about the health impact of the bottle bill and try to impose another system
that will be more costly and put a greater burden on already strapped local
governments.
