To add to my earlier email about the Energy Efficiency Bill, SF 544, passed
earlier today by the Senate...

The main amendment and the two amendments to it are what was adopted, the
bill itself was replaced in toto by the amendments...a 'strike everything
after the enacting clause' move.

Please note, Mark, that the Merchant Power Plant language was included in
the main amendment. Does this handle that issue fully?
