The parties caucuses are Feb 11 on Monday. There are lots of
environmental issues we have discussed on this listserve. I would like
to see what the subscribers think would be good caucus statements. This
is just a brainstorming activity with the purpose of getting others
thinking and motivated to attend the caucuses.

Here are two to start us out:

Expand that bottle bill to include containers of fruit juice, tea, and
water.
Increase the fine for a discharge to the waters of Iowa without a permit
to $20,000 per day.
