Bush is speaking at the Federal Home Loan Bank Rural Development Forum.  I
registered for it a few weeks ago and I'm not sure if it is still possible to
register, but it may be worth a try.  The conference is free and registration
information is on the FHLB of Des Moines website.  I received a letter and two
emails saying that attendees needed to be in the hotel by 10:30 a.m and in our
seats at 11:15 a.m. for the 12:30 p.m. luncheon.  While I am sure that
protests inside the building will not be tolerated, there are more subtle ways of
protest I know that myself and some other colleagues will offer.
