Rex,
Could you or someone tell us more about the Wildlife Damage Review. Is it a
publication or an organization? Is it concerned about damage caused by humans
to wildlife (as would appear to be the case from the discussions you posted)?
I ask this because, if I recall correctly, the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture has
a notorious program of wildlife damage control, which exterminates large
numbers of coyotes, prairie dogs, and other species, as a service to cattle
and sheep ranchers.
