> DES MOINES – Today, Governor Chet Culver named four individuals to  
> serve in key positions throughout state government.  The Governor  
> appointed Shearon Elderkin to the Iowa Power Fund Board, Carrie La  
> Seur to the Environmental Protection Commission, John Mathes as the
