Having worked with Neil Carmen years ago, I can tell you he is very
competent and accurate in his research and legal defense. After we moved
to Iowa from Texas, my wife Jan received a response from Scrub (GW) Bush.
It took GW about 2 years to send the response. It has an interesting quote
on how GW feels we should try to protect the environment. Basically by not
doing anything and leaving it up to corporations to voluntarily take action
themselves. We all know that doesn't happen very often. If people are
interested in seeing this letter, let me know.
