The vote on the McCain-Feingold amendment to the Water
Resource Development Act appears to be very close.
This amendment requires independent review and
prioritization of larger Army Corp of Engineer
projects. We need people to contact Senator Harkin and
have him vote for the McCain-Feingold amendment to
WRDA.
