Sierrans:
A few moments ago, SF 261, the Septic Tank Bill, passed last year in
the Senate, passed the House 92 - 3, with one amendment adopted which
had been agreed to by the Floor Manager of the bill and our
supporters. SF 261 now goes back to the Senate for Concurrence with
the House Amendment. This may end up being one of the most positive
water quality issues of this Session. Thank you to any of you who did
discuss this with your legislator this Session or last.
