promote and educate about the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and expand the
awareness of the issue.  If you or a local group can help set up a day time
event in your area, please contact him at the information below.

similar to the Oil on Ice program. Perhaps others on this list can provide
the addresses for these programs. Please note there is a program on the
