The Senate Natural Resources & Environment Committee will be debating Senate
File 261 today at 2:30 p.m. in Room 22 of the Capitol.

Enter SF261 in the "quick find" box and hit enter. Summary: It allows the
person providing redemption services to determine what the deposit refund
should be.

We need to ask committee members to amend the great things in SF107 into
this bill. Namely:
- Direct increase in the handling fee (rather than the crazy language in
SF261)
- If you sell covered products, you are required to redeem them
- Empower the IDNR to enforce the law
