Sierrans:

HF 742 ­ by Nat. Resources, Regulation of snowmobiles and all-terrain
vehicles, passed the Senate a few moments ago, 50-0, with no amendments.

SF 543  - the Missouri River Authority bill, passed the House a few moments
ago, 97-0. It goes to the Governor.

They will be debating the greenhouse gas bill, supposedly this week,
although do not know which day yet.
