The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is proposing additional shallow water habitat projects as an Endangered Species Act compliance requirement for operation of the Missouri River system and the Missouri River Bank Stabilization and Navigation Project. On Iowa land, nine similar projects have been previously completed, one project is under construction, and two projects are currently in the planning and design phase. 	  
State leaders are interested in hearing stakeholder input and perspectives on these projects.  Information on a stakeholder meeting to help gain such input can be found below.  The meeting will include an overview presentation from USACE officials and then a discussion of questions and comments from attendees.
