Briar Cliff University's Center for Prairie Studies will welcome Wes
Jackson, President of the Land Institute, on Wednesday April 25, 2012 at 7pm
on campus in the St. Francis Center.  His talk Using the Prairie as an
Analogy for a Sustainable Green Revolution, is free and open to the public.

At 5:30, the Iowa Prairie Network and Northwest Iowa Sierra Club will
co-sponsor a walk on the Sioux City Prairie (immediately adjacent to the BCU
