The program this month will be presented by Sierra Club lobbyist Lyle Krewson and Director Neila Seaman. Learn about Sierra Club Iowa legislative priorities and actions you can take.  Monthly programs are held at Grace United Methodist Church, 3700 Cottage Grove Avenue. Parking is located behind the church--enter through the south double doors. SATURDAY, MARCH 31:  TONGASS NATIONAL FOREST
    Urbandale Public Library, 3520 - 86th Street-11 a.m.
     Lois Norrgard of the Alaska Coalition will present a program on the Tongass National Forest: The U.S. Forest Service is revising the Tongass National Forest Land Management Plan. Public comments can be made until early April.  Lois will be giving a presentation to inform us about this important forest - America's Rainforest. We will be pushing for greater biodiversity protections, protection of the roadless areas and to push for final protection of the Tongass.
