MidAmerica Housing Partnership (MAHP), would like you
to come see what all the fuss is about in Washington,
Iowa!

You are invited to view the progress of our
innovative, energy efficient straw bale "spec" home.
This home will be the first of its kind in Iowa.

MAHP will be hosting a workshop for registered
participants to get hands-on instruction in the art of
straw bale construction.  Our Straw Bale Workshop
Coordinator will be instructing and supervising the
workshop.  This will be the perfect opportunity for
you to see a live demonstration on how to build with
straw bales.

One of MAHP's conventional stick built homes will be
open as a visitors center for the public with
continually running straw bale videos and brochures
and other information available.

North Highland Avenue is a new subdivision off of East
15th Street.
