HR 3745 authorizes the NPS to acquire 1000 acre
addition to Effigy Mounds. There is an accompanying
Senate bill that I don't have the number. Please
contact your congressman for their support on this
bill. It will create a combined contigous wild area of
3000 acres that includes nesting red-shouldered hawks
as well as otters.
