The April meeting of the Sierra Club will take place this Thursday, April
13th, 7:30 p.m. at Bethesda Lutheran Church in Ames.

Dick and Sharon Thompson, pioneer alternative farmers in Iowa will share
with us about their farm operation.

 From Highway 35 take the 13th Street exit into Ames.  Drive past our
highway sprawl, down hill past a park and a corn/soybean field, then
uphill.  The next trafffic light is at Duff Avenue, the one after that is
Grand Avenue.  Turn right at Northwestern, the street just before you come
to the railroad tracks.  Beloit of Iowa will be on your left, and Bethesda
is just north of it.  There is ample parking in the back.
