I meant to send the budget for the water monitoring grant to the
Chapter's Executive Committee listserve and not the Iowa Topics
listserve.

I am glad it was not something even more sensitive then a budget. I
would not mind comments from members and expect comments from Executive
Commitee members. I will post it to that listserve.
